About the Work
Our Approach
Our work integrates Indigenous knowledge and Western clinical psychology through a Two-Eyed Seeing framework. We honour community leadership and walk alongside Nations in their journey toward wellness.
Service Delivery
Services are delivered remotely via telehealth and in-person as needed, depending on community preferences and accessibility. Contractors work independently while being supported by our clinical and administrative team.

Aurora Psychology Group works with Registered Psychologists, Social Workers, Registered Nurses, and therapists who:

We seek clinicians who are clinically strong, relationally grounded, and committed to community-based practice.
Active professional registration in Alberta or NWT (or eligible for reciprocal registration)
Experience providing mental health or counselling services, ideally in community or Indigenous contexts
Cultural humility and a commitment to working in ways that honour Indigenous knowledge and community leadership
Comfort with telehealth and virtual service delivery models
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to travel to community as needed (depending on specific role and service delivery model)
